Payroll Manager (APAC Region)

Location: North Region
Employment Type: 6 Months contract

Are you an experienced payroll professional passionate about leading regional operations and ensuring smooth payroll execution across multiple countries? Join our team as a Payroll Manager for APAC, where you'll oversee daily payroll activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive excellence in service delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee daily payroll processing for multiple Asia-Pacific countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.

• Review and validate payroll inputs, approvals, and project-related deliverables.

• Lead the team in meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Promote high standards of confidentiality in handling sensitive payroll and employee data.

• Provide coaching, training, and development to the payroll team.

• Offer expert guidance on complex payroll matters and statutory requirements.

• Analyze and resolve critical payroll issues with root cause investigation and corrective actions.

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve queries and implement solutions.

• Maintain and update standard payroll documentation including reports, checklists, calendars, and SOPs.

• Support audit activities and implement recommended process improvements.

• Monitor regulatory changes and evaluate their impact on payroll processes, ensuring timely updates.

• Deliver clear and accurate presentations and reports to stakeholders.

• Provide support and coverage for team members when required.

• Handle additional duties as assigned by leadership.

• Strong background in payroll management across multiple APAC countries.

• Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
