Working Schedule:

4 full days + 2 half days.

1 rest day on the weekends!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service

   • Greet customers warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

   • Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.

   • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests.

   • Serve food and drinks in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.

2. Order Handling

   • Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to relay orders.

   • Ensure orders are correctly prepared and presented before serving.

   • Handle billing and payment processes accurately.

3. Cleanliness and Maintenance

   • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.

   • Clear and reset tables efficiently between guests.

   • Follow hygiene and safety regulations, including proper food handling.

4. Setup and Preparation

   • Prepare tables with clean linens, silverware, and other required items.

   • Assist in setting up buffet lines, beverage stations, or event areas.

   • Refill condiments, napkins, and other dining essentials as needed.

5. Team Collaboration

   • Cooperate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

   • Participate in pre-shift briefings and ongoing staff training.

   • Assist in inventory checks and restocking of supplies.

6. Uphold Brand Standards

   • Ensure consistency in service quality and adhere to company policies.

   • Promote menu items or special offers when appropriate.
