We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a range of duties related to property transactions
· Handle full range of conveyancing matters such as purchase & sales, development projects, mortgages, transfers, leases, powers of attorney, stamp duties
· Prepare legal conveyancing documentation and handle e-lodgement/e-stamping etc
· Provide administrative support in legal documentation and secretarial work, conducting searches, billing, keeping deadlines.
· Manage client appointments and monitor deadlines·
· Ensure smooth completion of conveyancing transactions
· Perform data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing and binding of document
· All other secretarial / administrative duties assigned
