Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender & Contract Support Executive to join our growing team. This role will primarily manage the full tendering process and provide support to the Contract Executive in lift renewal and maintenance takeover projects. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in preparing bids or handling technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Tender Management (Primary Role – 70%)
Monitor and identify relevant public and private sector lift-related tenders.
Review tender documents and assess project requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, legal) to gather required information.
Prepare, compile, and submit tender proposals within deadlines.
Ensure compliance with tender specifications and company policies.
Maintain a tender log with status updates and follow-ups.
Attend tender briefings or site visits when necessary.
Contract Support (Secondary Role – 30%)
Assist the Contract Executive in preparing proposals for lift renewal, issue Defect Liability Period Contract, and maintenance takeover (MTO) jobs.
Support in documentation, quotation preparation, and coordination with vendors or internal teams.
Help schedule and coordinate site surveys, inspections, and technical meetings.
Follow up on contract renewals, progress updates, and client correspondence.
Maintain proper records of contracts, variations, and renewals.
Requirements:
Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in tender preparation, contracts, or sales support (preferably in elevator/lift industry or construction/M&E).
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with public procurement platforms (e.g., GeBIZ, if in Singapore) is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualities:
Detail-oriented and methodical.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of lift industry standards and terminology is an advantage.
