About the role

As a Senior Developer/Development Lead at SWIFTX SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD., you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of innovative software solutions that power the company's products and services. What you'll be doing

1. Lead and mentor a team of talented developers, guiding them in the design, development and implementation of complex software systems

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications

3. Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code using the latest technologies and best practices

4. Implement robust testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of software deliverables

5. Participate in code reviews, provide feedback and continuously improve development processes

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation

7. Contribute to the development of technical standards, tools and templates to enhance team efficiency

What we're looking for

1. 8+ years of experience as a software developer, with a strong background in leading and mentoring development teams

2. Extensive experience in designing and developing complex, scalable software systems using modern programming languages and frameworks

3. Proficient in Agile software development methodologies and tools, with a track record of delivering high-quality, on-time solutions

4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and find innovative solutions

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

6. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies, and a passion for continuous learning and development

7. Proficient in language: C#, ASP.NET, REST API, REACT, Windows Development.
