Responsibilities
Delivered friendly and reliable customer service, providing flight details within 1 hour of booking.
Ensured export document compliance, permits, and customs processes were completed on time.
Monitored onboard shipment status and updated customers on irregularities.
Coordinated with Operations, Warehouse, Traffic, and Planning teams for smooth workflow.
Maintained accurate airfreight rates and stayed updated on airline/government requirements.
Prepared timely customer reports and ensured shipments were arranged as per SOP.
Liaised with stakeholders and supported Sales with special arrangements.
Requirements:
Diploma or Equivalent with experience in airfreight/logistics customer service.
Detail-oriented with ability to meet tight deadlines and ensure compliance.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with freight management systems.
