Project Manager/Project Director-Civil & Infrastructure-Upto $18,000 - #1115023

We are partnering with a leading Main Contractor delivering landmark civil and infrastructure projects across Singapore. To strengthen their Civil Tender Team at HQ and support a newly awarded LTA project, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will play a key role in managing tender submissions and may transition to the project site once the award is confirmed.

Position 1: Project Manager - Upto SG$ 14,500 (Negotiable)

Position 2: Assistant Project Director or Project Director - Upto SG$ 18,000 (Negotiable)

Project: MRT/LTA Projects, Tunnelling, Expressways and large-scale public works

Location: Singapore HQ Office (with site mobilisation upon award)

Eligibility: Must be Singapore Permanent Resident

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage tender submissions for MRT/LTA and other civil infrastructure projects, ensuring competitive and compliant proposals.

• Coordinate with consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and internal teams on design, costing, and technical requirements.

• Develop and oversee construction methodologies, schedules, and resource allocation to meet tender and project needs.

• Ensure strict adherence to LTA regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.

• Identify and resolve technical, contractual, and site-related issues to prevent delays and cost overruns.

• Prepare and present reports, progress updates, and risk assessments to management and stakeholders.

• Transition to site as Project Manager / Project Director upon project award, leading the full project lifecycle from mobilisation to completion.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.

• 15–20 years of engineering experience, with at least 10 years in construction management of major infrastructure projects.

• Proven track record in LTA/public works projects in Singapore (MRT, tunnels, roads, highways, viaducts).

• Prior experience as Project Director/Project Manager is a strong advantage.

• Experience in ECI & tendering works.

• Strong understanding of LTA regulations, statutory approvals, and coordination processes.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
