[1 year-full time] Shopping Mall , Senior Customer Service Assistant - #1115036

Duration: 1 year contract-convertible/renewable

Working Hours: [Rotating Shifts]

• Shift 1: 9 AM – 5 PM

• Shift 2: 12 PM – 8 PM

• Shift 3: 2 PM – 10 PM

Responsibilities:

• Managing of the customer service counter

• Roving duties of the mall

• Provide timely and accurate clarification and advice to enquiries from the public

• Perform paging and in-house announcement

• Receiving in-coming calls and making out-going calls

• Upsell the Loyalty program and Voucher

Requirements:

Preferably with 1 or 2 years working experience in similar capacity 

Comfortable to work on 6 days rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays
