• Position     : Logistics/Shipping Coordinator (freight/import/export) – Up to $4,000 – WEST

• Location    : West – Penjuru Road (Buses Available: 78 / 79) 

• Working hours    : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6pm   

• Salary (commensurate with experience)    : Up to $4,000 +  Annual Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

• Duration   : Permanent 

• Industry    : Logistics Solutions / Freight Forwarding 

Main Responsibilities:

• Process customer bookings and manage all shipping documentation.

• Coordinate transport, schedules, and communications between customers, departments, and vendors.

• Oversee inventory, perform warehouse stock control, and assist with operational duties.

• Handle billing, report generation, and follow up on account payments.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Perform other assigned ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Holder with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

• Able to work independently
