About the role

Amber Compounding Pharmacy Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Laboratory Assistant to join our team in the Farrer Park Central Region. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our pharmaceutical compounding laboratory operations.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the preparation and compounding of pharmaceutical products according to established procedures and quality standards

• Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses to ensure product quality and safety

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to laboratory activities

• Assist in the proper storage, handling, and disposal of laboratory materials and equipment

• Collaborate with the compounding team to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements

• Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

• Relevant diploma or certificate in a laboratory-related field, such as Pharmaceutical Science or Chemical Technology

• Experience working in a compounding pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or healthcare laboratory setting is preferred

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow standardised procedures with precision

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the compounding team

• Familiarity with laboratory equipment, techniques, and quality control practices
