The Opportunity:
- Our Client, leading postal and logistics provider
- Location: Eunos
- Salary: Up to $3200
- Working hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle 3-way matching of service reports, delivery orders, and invoices.
- Prepare aging reports, reminder letters, and update budget/accrual tracking.
- Maintain shared folders, track license/insurance expiry, and support logistics
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years of property administrative background
