Job Responsibilities:

• Perform monitoring, analysis and escalation of real-time operation events

• Monitor various alarm alerts, activation of response team and prepare reports upon completion of operation.

• Act as first responder for any defects by using Monitoring and Control (MAC) system

• Perform inbound and outbound calls/group chat for defects coordination

• Conduct system health checks to ensure all systems are running smoothly.

• Updating of Preventive & Corrective maintenance logs

• Carry out issue escalation to the appropriate teams or supervisors when required

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues

• Any other duties/jobs assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineering

• Able to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays, on a rotational roster

• Comfortable working in a mission-critical, high-tempo environment, such as a naval base or operations center

• Willingness to work onsite at Changi Naval Base (Shuttle bus service available at selected MRT station)
