Senior IT Executive - #1112784

Job Responsibilities: 

• Will be responsible for network related matters, being the point of contact when working with HQ, APAC and vendors.

• Will be responsible for the office IT infrastructure to which wherever located (rotating basis)

• While being the subject matter expert for network, this role is also expected to support other domains of work (desktop, video conferencing, other office equipment), achieving a cross-domain support structure with other team members.

• Will be involved in work supporting 4 offices across Singapore and Brunei.

• Assist the Head of IT in managing and documenting IT processes.

• Assist the Head of IT in regularly reviewing IT process quality.

• Participate in discussions with various departments to meet their business requirements.

• Participate and assist in audit.

• Will be involved in work related to Compliance and Security.

• Able to commit time and achieve delivery for urgent tasks, events and projects.

• Able to lead small to medium scale events and projects.

Job Requirement 

• Minimum a diploma in IT or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of Helpdesk support or relevant field experiences.

• Possess basic to intermediate Networking knowledge.

• Possess good knowledge on server room infrastructure and equipment.

• Able to travel overseas for project/maintenance work.

• Participated in the full delivery process of projects.

• Has experience in leading, in any form that may be relatable.

• Has experience working with other Business Units on daily operations or projects.

• Able to cite examples from experience on critical thinking for problem solving.

• Strong sense of ownership and urgency.

• Able to commit time for occasional out of hours tasks/projects/incidents handling.

• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Patience, resourceful, possess communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
