Job Objectives

In this role, you will serve as a vital link between the operations in the global Digital organization, focusing on SAP-related projects and operational support.

You will be part of the SAP Warehouse support team, with a special focus on supporting warehouse operations in Singapore and region office. Key responsibilities include leading the implementation of Autostore in Singapore and supporting the establishment of a new warehouse in China.

You will also act as the primary SAP contact in Singapore for any critical operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead local SAP application-related projects (e.g. Autostore implementation, global SAP EWM rollout, and warehouse setup in China).

• Define and configure new functionalities in the SAP logistics application landscape.

• Serve as the primary SAP coordination point in Singapore, working closely with both business units and IT stakeholders.

• Liaise with the global digital organization and local business representatives to manage technical issues and continuous improvement efforts.

• Monitor and evaluate current market trends and technologies, proposing relevant enhancements to logistics operations.

• Provide subject matter expertise in SAP ERP WM and SAP EWM.

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation of Autostore, SAP EWM, and other integrated warehouse technologies.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops to support successful end-user adoption of SAP EWM.

• Provide ongoing SAP support and advisory services to the business.

• Act as a facilitator between regional operations and global IT teams, promoting alignment, knowledge sharing, and transparency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of experience supporting warehousing or logistics applications.

• Proven experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).

• Experience with additional SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Financial Accounting (FI), or Controlling (CO) is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Autostore or similar warehouse automation technologies is beneficial.

• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to take a long-term view and provide strategic recommendations.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships across functions and stakeholder groups.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
