Responsibilities:
Act as the liaison between stakeholders and IT vendors, ensuring efficient service delivery.
Manage outsourced helpdesk support for day-to-day troubleshooting and IT operations.
Handle IT licenses, renewals, and compliance matters.
Support and oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure (e.g. firewall, network security, systems upgrades).
Engage with stakeholders to understand IT needs and translate them into solutions.
Proactively suggest improvements to strengthen infrastructure reliability and security.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of IT infrastructure / IT operations experience.
Hands-on skills in troubleshooting, system support, and vendor coordination.
Knowledge of firewall, networks, and infrastructure systems.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical vendors and business teams.
Proactive, independent, and comfortable in a lean environment.
