IT Business Partner - #1114545

Responsibilities:

• Act as the liaison between stakeholders and IT vendors, ensuring efficient service delivery.

• Manage outsourced helpdesk support for day-to-day troubleshooting and IT operations.

• Handle IT licenses, renewals, and compliance matters.

• Support and oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure (e.g. firewall, network security, systems upgrades).

• Engage with stakeholders to understand IT needs and translate them into solutions.

• Proactively suggest improvements to strengthen infrastructure reliability and security.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• 5+ years of IT infrastructure / IT operations experience.

• Hands-on skills in troubleshooting, system support, and vendor coordination.

• Knowledge of firewall, networks, and infrastructure systems.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical vendors and business teams.

• Proactive, independent, and comfortable in a lean environment.
