Job Description:
- Managing incoming calls courteously and assist in appointment scheduling.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patients' inquiries, concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist TCM physicians in treatment handling and herbs dispensing
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as system key in, filing and record maintaining.
- Keep the reception area, lobby and treatment rooms tidy and presentable.
- Stock taking and ordering to maintain optimal stock level
- Offer suitable treatment package recommendation to patients

Job requirements:
- O Level or equivalent education background
- Polite and friendly
- Proficient in using computer
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
- Must proficiency in reading and writing in English and Mandarin (We are seeking Mandarin-speaking candidates to assist Mandarin-speaking clients and manage Mandarin-language documents)
- Willing to work on weekend or public holiday
