Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations

• Supervise service and kitchen staff

• Manage opening and closing procedures

• Perform cashier duties and handle daily settlement

• Plan staff schedules and ensure enough manpower

• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and service quality

Job Requirements:

• 2 years & above of experience in F&B industry

• ITE / O Level / Diploma or equivalent
