Job Summary
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, driving the sales and marketing of the Product Line, covering areas such as forecasting, product margin management, promotions, and execution of product life cycle management.
In addition, you will be part of a collaborative team that actively gathers and provides market and competitor insights — not only from the local market but also from international markets — to support development engineering and manufacturing activities, aligning with the Group’s long-term strategic objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the Precision Robotics business, including precision stage solutions and related products, covering new product launches and sales strategy planning in collaboration with the local sales team.
To fully understand local market pricing and competitor strategy, to enable sales to increase market share and ensure sustainable business.
Plan and coordinate the preparation of Customer and Product Requirements. Define the product line’s architectural strategy, including performance objectives, functional specifications, and cost, price, and reliability targets.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Training, Support, and other cross-functional teams to execute product plans. Drive product promotion and introduction activities, including sales enablement, product literature, and training programs to achieve business objectives.
Conduct market analysis to provide R&D with insights on market requirements and strategic direction.
Participate in and support technical symposiums, trade shows, and exhibitions on industrial control systems to stay informed on competitive technologies, as well as present papers and seminars to promote company products.
Prepare competitive analyses and develop counter-strategies for both new and existing products.
Consolidate and share success case studies from local markets while leveraging best practices from international markets.
Support sales teams in engaging potential customers to close opportunities, while maintaining market relevance by actively attending industry events and monitoring emerging trends.
People Requirements
Requires bachelor’s degree/diploma in engineering and/or business, or equivalent.
3+ years’ experience, balanced between technical execution and commercial leadership.
Automation industry knowledge required, with a background in control system linear motion, and a precision stages background desired.
Proficient in core Microsoft Office products.
Able to work independently and have a self-driven personality to achieve results.
Proven ability to work with internal and external organizations and deliver results to the market.
Willing to travel
