We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead one of our Singapore boutiques. This role will focus on achieving commercial targets, enhancing brand presence, and building a motivated team culture that delivers retail excellence and exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth execution, retail excellence, and achievement of sales and KPI objectives.
• Manage budgets by monitoring performance, expenses, and revenues while implementing strategies to drive profitability.
• Enhance client engagement by ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and promoting database development for effective CRM.
• Uphold brand identity through proper execution of Visual Merchandising guidelines and store presentation.
• Recruit, train, and motivate store teams, setting clear goals and driving a culture of accountability and achievement.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of management experience in luxury retail.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a "can-do" spirit.
• Positive, self-motivated leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
