In this role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding business relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering simulation-driven solutions that create true value for industries across Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing manufacturing customers to drive new business for IoT and enterprise solutions.
Understand factory operations and digital transformation challenges, and recommend tailored solutions across ERP, MES, SCADA, and Industrial IoT platforms.
Prepare and execute comprehensive account plans, including customer profiles, value mapping, strategy, goals, tactics, and milestones.
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, identifying opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, and new customer acquisition.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities.
Generate leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and participation in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars.
Maintain deep product and industry knowledge to position our IoT and enterprise solutions as a leader in driving factory productivity and digital transformation.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, progress updates, and ensure thorough documentation of all sales activities.
We would love to hear from you if:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or Software Engineering.
Approximately 5 years of professional experience post-graduation.
Proven track record in sales, with the most recent role being in a sales capacity.
Experience selling software solutions (ERP, MES, SCADA, or Industrial IoT) to manufacturing or industrial clients.
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding high annual sales targets.
Strong command of written and spoken English.
Professional presence with a poised, energetic, and self-driven personality.
