Job Descriptions:
Report directly to Branch Manager
Responsible to deliver and provide Quality Services.
To make cold call and any new leads call provided by the company.
Follow up on customer request, appointment, enquires, call, complaints and confirmation promptly.
Re-confirm customer’s appointment a day before their treatment.
After treatment (three days) to follow-up service call to customer.
To ensure the cleanliness standards at reception area.
Daily data entry for customers, staff and print report for compilation.
Issuing of invoices and service rendering.
Generation of daily reports.
Provide administrative support.
Any assignments given from time to time by the Company
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years’ experience in beauty services
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision and multi-task
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
6 days off in a month
