Responsibilities:

·       Take full responsibility for the business management of the Singapore machining technology team, including planning internal processing development strategies.

·       Manage the existing machining technology team by planning the overall technology development roadmap, building and improving the technical team, continuously enhancing internal technical capabilities, and meeting higher customer requirements.

·       Act as the liaison between internal and external customers, aligning resources in a timely manner according to customer needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality processed products.

·       Continuously improve the precision manufacturing capabilities of the machining centers, elevate precision machining management standards, and enhance the skills of machining personnel.

·       Coordinate internal project management based on both internal and external project schedules, ensure timely delivery, and drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, with over 10 years of experience in the high-precision manufacturing industry.

·       Experienced in team management and proficient in precision engineering technology

·       At least 5 years of extensive experience in customer communication and familiarity with various processing equipment and products.
