Responsibilities:
Procurement & Coordination:
Manage procurement of services and materials, including liaising with external contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.Maintenance Records & Inventory:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and parts inventory.Team Leadership:
Lead and guide technicians in the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems and services.Project & Repair Work:
Execute ad-hoc projects, assignments, and repair works as directed by management.Preventive & Corrective Maintenance:
Plan, schedule, and carry out monthly preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance in line with contractual obligations.Client & Internal Engagement:
Attend client meetings and internal briefings. Provide timely updates on work progress, technical challenges, and improvement initiatives.Documentation & Compliance:
Ensure proper documentation of maintenance records, service reports, and inspection checklists in accordance with ENGIE and client quality standards.Performance Monitoring:
Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with contractual KPIs and continuous improvement.Other Duties:
Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering and relevant fields.
At least 3 years’ relevant experience in the facilities management industry
Good communication skills, positive mindset and strong willingness to learn
Hardworking and able to multi-task
Have good documentation practice
Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behavior
