About the role

As a Senior Project Manager at Falkcon Interior Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects. This full-time position is based in the East Region, and you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and coordination to on-site supervision and client liaison.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring clear goals, timelines, and resource allocation

• Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings

• Coordinate with project teams, including designers, contractors, sub-contractors and NSC, to ensure seamless project execution

• Attend site meeting/site walk

• Update the management on site progress

• Conduct regular site visits, monitor progress, and address any issues or challenges that arise

• Communicate project status, milestones, and any changes to clients in a timely and transparent manner

• Identify and mitigate risks, and implement appropriate contingency plans

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements

• Able to prepare Method Statement, Safe Work Procedure, necessary plan for project execution, etc.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members and ensure accountability of each team player

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management

• Strong technical knowledge of construction practices, materials, and project management 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and sub-contractors

• Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Office/Project

• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma

• Able to start work at short notice
