Job Description
1. Sales & Leasing
Share and promote the company’s property projects with prospective buyers/tenants and with property agents.
Respond to enquiries, conduct presentations, and follow up with interested prospects and/or property agents.
Support property launches, showflat operations, and events to create great customer experiences.
Build long-term relationships with buyers/tenants, investors, property agents, and partners.
Assist in sales/ leasing enquiries, negotiations and help close transactions.
2. Marketing & Promotion
Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, and events).
Work with agencies and vendors to plan and execute creative online and offline marketing campaigns and to produce engaging materials like brochures, videos, and ads.
3. Market Research & Insights
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and buyer preferences.
Prepare regular reports on market conditions and sales performance.
4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Manage and update customer databases and leads efficiently.
Deliver excellent pre-transactions and post-transactions support to buyers/tenants.
Assist in property handovers and respond to purchaser/tenant queries.
Create positive customer experiences that encourage referrals and repeat business.
5. Project & Team Support
Help organize project launches, roadshows, and other marketing events.
Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, project, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
Support all planned marketing strategy and promotional campaigns.
6. Administration & Reporting
Prepare sales and marketing reports if necessary
Prepare all sales and leasing related documents and maintain proper record of all transactions
Work closely with Finance Department to ensure timely payment by buyers/ tenants.
Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or equivalent.
1–3 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in property development or real estate.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of industrial properties is advantageous.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
