Responsibilities
Lead project teams to deliver initiatives successfully within defined scope, budget, and timelines.
Develop and implement strategies to foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with customers and partners.
Mentor and support team leads and managers to build high-performing, collaborative teams.
Oversee project planning, resource management, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth execution.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing scope and change effectively.
Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
Provide regular progress reports and status updates to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Monitor project performance and drive continuous improvement across all initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years managing large-scale turnkey projects.
Demonstrated success in delivering or consulting on at least one major project within the past 5 years.
At least 2 years in a senior leadership position (e.g., Senior Project Manager, Project Director, or equivalent).
PMP certification preferred; Scrum Master or Agile project experience is an advantage.
Exceptional leadership, planning, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience in government IT projects or IT initiatives involving civil works is a plus.
