Key Responsibilities
1. Talent sourcing & attraction
Identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Craft compelling job postings and build strong talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
2. Recruitment process management
Screen, interview, and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit against client requirements.
Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, from application to job offer, offering career advice and interview preparation.
Facilitate smooth communication by aligning feedback from both clients and candidates.
Maintain recruitment databases, conduct checks, and support HR processes.
3. Performance & Contribution
Drive towards individual and team KPIs, demonstrating commitment and results-oriented performance.
Play an active role in the growth and success of the recruitment team.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
No prior experience required – training and mentorship will be provided.
Prior recruitment or related experience is advantageous, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
