Key Responsibilities

1. Talent sourcing & attraction

  • Identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

  • Craft compelling job postings and build strong talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.

2. Recruitment process management

  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit against client requirements.

  • Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, from application to job offer, offering career advice and interview preparation.

  • Facilitate smooth communication by aligning feedback from both clients and candidates.

  • Maintain recruitment databases, conduct checks, and support HR processes.

3. Performance & Contribution

  • Drive towards individual and team KPIs, demonstrating commitment and results-oriented performance.

  • Play an active role in the growth and success of the recruitment team.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

  • No prior experience required – training and mentorship will be provided.

  • Prior recruitment or related experience is advantageous, but not required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
