Responsibilities:

【Secretary to MD】 60%

• Attend meetings as MD's assistant
• Prepare Minutes
• Expense claim
• Arrange overseas travelling (eg: Hotel booking, flight booking etc.)
• Schedule adjustment/Internal and external conference adjustment /Assorted dinner
• Attend the business trip with MD
• Attend business dinner with the MD for customers

【Admin】40%

• File documents
• Assist other managers for admin matters
• Data entry

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of secretary experience or customer service experience
• Experience in attending business dinner
• Willing to go on business trip
• Proficient in English, Chinese and Japanese (JLPT N1) to liaise with internal and external counterparts in China and Japan.
• Ability to perform over time duties when necessary
