Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Location: Lorong Chuan
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting, updating, and organizing company internal policies and procedural documents
Prepare documentation required for certification and other management systems
Support audit preparation by compiling and managing required compliance files
Ensure internal practices align with relevant legal, quality, and regulatory standards
Liaise with MIB teams for regular meetings, form submissions, and coordination tasks
Support cross-border communication to ensure accurate and timely exchange of information
Act as a point of contact between local office and regional headquarters for operational and policy-related matters
Provide general office and operations support, including form management and process improvements
File and manage corporate documentation in an organized and secure manner
Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by department supervisors
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
1–3 years of relevant work experience preferred
Familiar with basic HR processes and company operational structures
Proficient in Microsoft Office, good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
