• Responsible for the smooth and safe execution of truck, drumming, and tank cleaning operations.

• Responsible for managing the day team manpower, workflow scheduling, and communication.

• Responsible for the compliance with local regulatory and company standards.

• Responsible for delivering customer expectations and standards.

• Responsible for the training and supervision of the operations day team.

• Responsible for managing people.

Skills and Competencies

• Wealth of hands-on knowledge of terminal operations and in depth site-specific knowledge

• In depth knowledge of products, equipment and a seasoned SHE expert

• Knowledge of safety, health and environmental regulations

• Ability to manage multiple party communication and operate under stress, critical

• Demonstrate supervisory and strong team leadership capabilities, critical

• Well-versed and able to manage emergency and responses

• Well-versed in process emergency response

• Demonstrate capabilities in Gas / Petroleum / Petchem operations

• Industrial operations in support of plants and facilities in the critical feed.

• Customer service excellence

• Teamwork

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant terminal operations experience in a similar industry

• At least 3 years’ experience as a Team Coordinator

• At least 3 GCE ‘O’ Level Credits (including a Science subject) / NITEC or Diploma in Chemical Process Technology
