Responsibilities:
Prepare Sales Quotation to customer and follow up via email.
Prepare Sales Order Acknowledgement upon receipt of customer's Purchase Order.
Follow up on Back Orders to Delivery and Invoicing process.
Schedule of goods delivery to customers.
Follow up closely on payments and send weekly payment reminders.
Working Hours:
7:45am - 5:00pm (Monday - Thurs);
7:45am - 4:30pm (Friday)
Location: Tuas West MRT
Requirements:
Working knowledge of SAP S4 HANA will be an added advantage.
Looking for hardworking, meticulous and customer-centric people.
Empathetic and understand customer's requirements and lead time.
No experience necessary / training will be provided.
