Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate vehicle movements
Respond to phone and email enquiries professionally
Prepare and issue Delivery Orders, invoices, and related documents
Liaise with the commercial team to assist in quotation preparation
Provide administrative support to the operations team
Handle any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior or Management
Requirements
NITEC in Business Services or Diploma in Business Administration
1–3 years of relevant working experience preferred
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Positive attitude and ability to work with culturally diverse team
5.5-day work week (able to work overtime if required)
