Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customers and suppliers via telephone or electronically.
• Process sales orders.
• Place orders with intercompany or other approved suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Arrange delivery schedules and prepare Delivery Orders, Packing Lists, export documents, and invoices for customers.
• Monitor accounts receivable.

Requirements:

• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of sales administration principles and practices.
• Experience in sales administration functions, including issuing Delivery Orders, invoices, and arranging delivery schedules.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).
• Experience in import and export documentation is an advantage.
