Mon - Fri : 8.30am - 5.30pm / Alt Sat : 8.30am to 12.30pm

Work Location: Loyang / Transport provided at Tampines MRT

Your Role, Your Influence:

• Coordinate and liaise with freight forwarders, warehouse teams, and customer service to ensure timely and accurate shipment deliveries.

• Process and manage customer orders, shipping documents, and gate passes in SAP and internal tracking systems.

• Respond to customer shipping inquiries and provide advice on best shipping methods.

• Ensure compliance with trade regulations and verify accuracy of export documentation.

• Book shipments and track delivery status, resolving issues to prevent delays.

• Support shipping executive in implementing process improvements and logistics best practices.

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

• Knowledge and experience in shipping industry is a plus
