About the role

Simple Solution Systems Pte Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Project Manager . In this key role, you will working in a team that is responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of an Identity Management System and redevelopment on the OutSystems low-code platform, provisioning user access, approvals, CAM integration, user access reviews, workflow enhancements, and system integrations.

What you'll be doing

• Lead agile application development.  

• Ensure deliverables meet contract specifications, adhere to timelines, and coach the team to adhere to Agile practices while maintaining quality across teams and sub-contractors.  

• Participate in reviews, schedule regular progress meetings, and provide monthly updates, highlighting risks and proposing solutions.  

• Engage key stakeholders effectively to jointly achieve goals set by business and Product Owner. 

• Remove impediments to ensure successful agile delivery of application. 

What we're looking for

1. Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

2. Must have proven expertise and experience in Identity Management/User Access Control domains and OutSystems platform

3. Min. 7 years experience in a similar role and experience in building digital products.​

4. Proven track record of delivering effective products with limited resources.​

5. End to end experience working with product team to build products.​

6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute taking and technical writing.​

7. Highly meticulous and tenacious, follows up with things to closure.​

8. Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.​

9. Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional

10. Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq are a plus.
