About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable Gamers to join the Movate | OnDemand platform. As an Expert, you will provide technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and product support to fellow gaming enthusiasts. This opportunity is ideal for tech-savvy gamers who are familiar with consoles, accessories, and the ecosystem.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide expert-level technical support for gaming consoles and accessories. 

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including connectivity, performance, and firmware updates. 

• Educate customers on features, game installation, subscriptions ,parental controls, etc. 

• Assist with setup and configuration of new devices. 

• Respond promptly to service requests through designated chat platforms 

• Document and track service interactions and resolutions accurately. 

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, updates, and new releases. 

• Deliver excellent customer experience through friendly, professional communication. 

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience with products as a user, technician, or support agent. 

• Strong knowledge of consoles, online services, games, and accessories. 

• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Prior experience in customer service or technical support is a plus. 

• Availability of working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience supporting gaming platforms (e.g., PlayStation, PC, Xbox) is a bonus.
