Our client is a mission-driven organization at the forefront of food innovation and sustainability. They are expanding rapidly across Asia-Pacific, including Korea and Japan, and are seeking a tech-savvy operations leader to help build scalable systems and processes that empower their growing team.
The Opportunity
As Operations Solutions Partner (APAC), you will be the go-to expert for systems, automation, and process optimization. You'll partner with senior leadership to design and implement solutions that improve efficiency, drive adoption of digital tools, and embed AI-powered workflows across the organization.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on solving operational challenges with technology and enjoys enabling teams through smart systems and change management.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to the VP of Operations, identifying gaps and implementing scalable solutions across APAC.
- Own and optimize core platforms (Asana, Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace), including administration, SOP creation, onboarding resources, and team training.
- Design and improve workflows for OKR tracking, budget planning, and HR processes.
- Research and implement AI-powered tools and automation (e.g., Zapier, Make.com) to streamline operations.
- Establish best practices for data governance, cybersecurity, and responsible AI use, and deliver training to ensure compliance.
- Support regional teams in Korea and Japan with process alignment and system adoption.
What We're Looking For
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years in operations, systems optimization, or process improvement roles.
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience with Asana, Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Basic coding knowledge (Google Apps Script, HTML, light JavaScript).
- Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier or Make.com.
Other Must-Haves:
- Proven ability to design workflows, build SOPs, and deliver training for system adoption.
- Experience leading change initiatives across distributed teams.
- Understanding of AI tools for operational efficiency and data governance best practices.
- Excellent communication in English; Korean or Japanese is a plus.
- Passion for sustainability and innovation.
