Responsibilities:

• Provide financial counselling for patients and third-party payers

• Administer patient admissions and discharges

• Perform billing-related duties including Medisave claims, insurance claims, and deposit collection

• Handle patient and family enquiries on billing matters

• Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth administrative operations

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare sector

• Prior experience with billing is required (not limited to financial counselling)

• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• A good team player

• Training will be provided
