Clinical Research Coordinator - #1113441

Job Scope:

• Recruit and screen participants according to study eligibility criteria, and communicate study objectives in clear, layman terms.

• Obtain informed consent, administer study questionnaires, and follow up with participants as required.

• Coordinate with research team members, clinicians, clinic staff, and other internal departments to meet research requirements.

• Conduct research activities including participant recruitment, data collection, and management.

• Set up and maintain study files, including consent records and biospecimen tracking.

• Maintain study records in databases and electronic health record systems.

• Ensure strict adherence to research protocols and regulations, including the Human Biomedical Research Act (HBRA).

• Liaise with investigators, clinicians, and laboratory teams to establish clinical workflows across multiple departments.

• Prepare documentation for audits and coordinate submissions for new IRB applications, study amendments, and annual reports.

• Uphold the highest professional standards and comply with hospital policies, ethical guidelines, and local regulations.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal Investigator.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Public Health, or Social Science, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
