Summary :

• Basic up to $4500

• 5 days (830am - 530pm)

Key Responsibility :

• Measure and estimate materials and labor for projects.

• Prepare tender submissions and cost estimates.

• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

• Process progress payments and manage financial records.

• Handle variation orders and adjust project costs.

• Prepare final accounts at project completion.

• Manage contracts and related documentation.

Job Requirements :

• At Least 2 years or above of experiences as Quantity Surveyor in Construction (Singapore experience)
