The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering our client, government agency
• Location: West
• 12 months contract
• Salary: Up to $5500
• Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification in Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Innovation is a plus.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in programme management, digital transformation, or public sector innovation.
• Demonstrated success in leading departmental initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a proven ability to deliver projects with tangible organisational impact.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as LEAN, Agile, or Design Thinking.
• Experience with finance and budgeting processes is advantageous.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational priorities.
