IMMEDIATE

Title: HR Executive

·       Report to Deputy Director

·       Full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to the following :-

1.     Manage the recruitment process including work pass administration

2.     Assist in the on-boarding and off-boarding of Employee

3.     Assist in updating of Employee Handbook

4.     Manage payroll, benefits and leave administration

5.     Assist in performance management

6.     Recruitment advertisement & liaise with employment agencies

7.     Internship management

8.     Assist in Employee counselling and disciplinary action

9.     Manage Employees GHS & WIC insurance

10.  Arrange for Staff Medical Check-up

11.  Employee Appraisal – probation, yearly

12.  Email account application & set up email for new staff

13.  Update and maintain E-portal for leave applications

14.  Application for approval on recruitment and courses etc. to Head Office

15.  Arrangement of company-sponsored courses

16.  Arrangement of internal & external trainer (if any)

17.  Maintenance of ISO training records

·       Admin duties, including but not limited to the following :-

1.     Assist in Lease agreements

2.     Assist in organizing company events

3.     Assist in quarterly project records & tender reports to Head Office

4.     Assist in certification renewal to Associations and Government Bodies

5.     Assist Managing Director in management admin work

6.     Arrangement of hampers/sponsorship to clients

7.     Co-ordinate travel and accommodation arrangements

8.     Manage Company’s rental car
