Job Responsibilities
Respond to enquiries and requests received via email, mail, and fax within the expected turnaround time
Manage and resolve issues related to insurance matters from policyholders, distribution representatives, and business partners
Assess and handle appeals, feedback, and minor complaints from all distribution channels
Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction
Support ad-hoc assignments and tasks delegated by the Section Head
Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks, and implement appropriate measures to mitigate them
Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging risks to safeguard the company effectively
Proactively highlight potential concerns and share best practices in risk management
Requirements
Minimum ‘A’ Levels or equivalent qualification
Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy
Consistently produces high-quality work and meets objectives
Experienced in customer service with a strong drive for service excellence
High level of integrity, a strong team player, accountable for own work, and positive in attitude
