Specific Job Role/Scope:

• Ensure daily operations in department are carried out smoothly and orderly.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Shipment booking upon shipment activation.

• Updating shippers on shipment status.

• Chasing of Proof of Delivery.

• Creation of EVI.

• Executing of direct or consol shipments.

• Checking and verifying of shipping documents before execution.

• Checking of EVI thoroughly especially if doubtful in handling of the shipments.

• Handling of regular corporate customers' shipments with special attention.

• Ensuring of daily urgent, and shipments pre alert to be transferred to airlines terminal to time.

• Double checking the MAWB/HAWB after execution before detaching.

• Labelling of cargo after export.

• Liaising with vendor for transportation arrangements,

• Following SOP and work systems at all times.

Additional Tasks Assigned (if any):

• Handling of sectional assignments (based on assignment note).

• Monthly report submission to customer.
