Senior Sales Engineer
My client is a world-renowned manufacturing MNC that is currently on the lookout for a Senior Sales Engineer who will be in-charge of their valve product portfolio.
Job Scope
Build strong relationships with existing customers and accounts and identify opportunities to generate more revenue through upselling existing product catalogues.
Develop new opportunities and customer base to develop new businesses and generate revenue.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge for valve and regulator product catalogue, which includes their functions and applications across the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Marine, and Power industry.
Identify customer needs and pain points to determine the appropriate product line to recommend as part of the solution.
Collaborate closely with the Inside Sales team for technical support and product demonstration, as well as securing proposals for order processing.
Work alongside the Service Team and Project Management team as part of the post-sales service and ensure that a consistent level of support is provided to the account.
Provide sales forecasts and strategy to management and achieve given sales target.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or any related field
3 to 5 years of sales experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Marine Industry.
Comfortable in doing both farming of existing accounts and hunting for new clients.
Technical knowledge of valves products will be an advantage.
