Catering Sales Manager (Bedok) - Basic + Commission - #1113015

Sales & Client Acquisition

• Leverage your existing book of business to bring in immediate catering sales.

• Prospect, pitch, and close new catering accounts (corporate, social, agency, venue partners, etc.).

• Develop tailored proposals and presentations for clients based on event needs and budget.

• Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements that are mutually beneficial.

Relationship Management

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients — from inquiry to post-event follow-up.

• Ensure a smooth handover to operations and culinary teams for flawless execution.

 Strategy & Reporting

• Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies, pricing, and target market segments.

• Track pipeline activity and provide regular updates on leads, conversions, and revenue.

• Identify partnership and upsell opportunities (e.g. venues, decor companies, recurring accounts).

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in catering sales.

• Must have an active network or portfolio of potential clients.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and proposal generation.
