Fleet Supervisor - #1112908

About the Role 

As a Fleet Supervisor, you will be responsible of managing our in house delivery fleet 

and subcontractors. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the 

efficient and effective operations of the company's delivery fulfilment. 

What you'll be doing  

Route Planning And Optimization 

●Develop and implement efficient delivery routes for B2B deliveries to customers. 

●Utilize our internal system to plan routes, assign deliveries to internal drivers 

& subcontractors, and track progress. 

●Optimize the routes to reduce transportation cost and timely deliveries 

Delivery Management 

●Oversee daily deliveries status, ensure all deliveries are completed on time 

and according to customer specifications/KPI 

●Monitor driver performance and adherence to delivery schedules. 

●Manage delivery exceptions or customer issues, ensure prompt resolution. 

Driver Management 

●Provide guidance and support to drivers on delivery routes, procedures, and 

safety protocols. 

●Ensure drivers maintain proper documentation and complete deliveries 

accurately. 

●Address driver concerns and performance issues. 

Subcontractor Engagement & Management 

●Management of Subcontractors, including contacting interested parties and 

briefing on the requirements.  

●Coordinate with internal and external customers to support daily deliveries. 

●Any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time 

Requirements: 

●At Least Higher NITEC/ NITEC / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply 

Chain or equivalent 

●At least 2-3 years of experience in Fleet Management 

●Effective people management and interpersonal skills. 

●Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple 

tasks simultaneously. 

●Responsible, team-player, and organized. 

●Proficient in MS Office. 

●Possess valid class 3 driving license 

The Job's Working Hours and Location 

Mon - Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, 5.5 days work week  (Able to work from home for the fulfillment of any 4 hours during weekend at the flexible timing)
