Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse operations for internal or external storage and enforce SOPs.
• Manage daily system and warehouse activities with internal/external users.
• Ensure accuracy in Goods Receipt (GR) / Goods Issue (GI) records using SAP, C4C, and RFID.
• Handle import/export shipments to avoid storage at port.
• Prepare monthly inventory reports for in-house and 3rd party warehouses.
• Identify and implement inventory process improvements.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Conduct annual and sample stock takes.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in warehouse inventory management, SAP and MS Office.
• Willingness to be on standby duty on weekends.
• Ability to handle heavy materials.
• Forklift License is an added advantage.
