As a Cafe & Retail Operations Assistant your primary duty is to assist to oversee, organise, and run the day-to-day operations of our retail store and lead to motivate our team to provide positive vibes and excellent customer service.

· Assist the Manager In-charge and Head of Retail in managing the daily operations

· Drive sales and ensure that sales targets are met.

· Manage store stocks and inventory

. Attend to customer enquiries and process orders

· Set and maintain service standards.

· Train outlet staff to deliver excellent customer experiences and uphold the brand's values.

· Continuously identify areas for improvement in the store operational processes and implement  efficiency-enhancing measures.
