This position will start off as about 3 months contract.
Location:
Civil Service College, next to Buona Vista MRT
Duties:
• Admin Support: Provide administrative assistance for Associates Policy operations.• Data Migration and Patching: Manage the migration of data to the new system, including thorough manual checks, data cleaning, and validation.• Programme Support: Coordinate and provide logistical and administrative support for in-house programmes, including AI, data workshops, and induction sessions.• Record Management: Update and maintain training records in the HR system.• Communications Design: Support in the design of Capability Update EDMs and related communications materialsWorking Hour:
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6pm, Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
